- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - CBOC PHARMACEUTICALS HICKORY, NC The W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, North Carolina is issuing a presolicitation notice for the CBOC Pharmaceuticals Services for its' eligible beneficiaries for the period from October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 (with 4 option years in the event the Government elects to exercise the options). The NAICS Code is 446110 and the size standard is $6 million average annual receipt for the previous three (3) years. The contracting officer assigned to this procurement is Colette L.
