- Description
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Air and Marine, is interested in leasing hangar / office space in the Houston, Texas area. The amount of space needed is approximately 50,000 square feet of occupiable space (35,000 hangar space, and 15,000 office space). The building offered for lease must be of permanent construction. The site must have available parking for 65 vehicles. The leased premises must be located on an airport grounds north of the George Bush Intercontinental Airport along the I-45 corridor in Harris or Montgomery Counties, Texas. Partial services anrd/or utitlties are required as well as all maintenance and related services. These shall be included as part of the rental consideration, and paid by the Lessor. The term of the lease is twenty (20) year lease, with ten(10) years firm term; and two (2) - five (5) year options. Occupancy is required no later than January 01, 2011.
