- RFQ SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary located in Monterey,CA has a requirement for a contractor to provide Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary (MBNMS) with citizen watershed monitoring network coordination services in accordance with the attached statement of work. See attached detailed statement of work for description of services to be performed. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this purchase is 541990 with a small business size standard of $7M. A firm fixed price contract will be issued with period of performance commencing approximately Sept 4,2010 through Sept 3, 2011 with one option year. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication. Vendors responding to RFQ must submit technical proposal and documentation that demonstrate qualifications.
