- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Corestreet, Ltd. for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This acquisition, for Defense Information Systems Agency - Identity Management, PKI Program, is for the procurement of Corestreet software maintenance renewal. A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure follow: Item Nbr ProductDescription Unit 0001 24x7 Support for Validation Authority (Enterprise) 1 year 0002 24x7 Support for Responder Software (Enterprise) 1 year 0003 24x7 Support for Path Builder (Enterprise) 1 year The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
