- Item name Connector Receptacle Electric for NSN 5935-01-187-6156. This is a First Article Testing requirement in accordance with DRAWING NR 18876 P38999-029, BASIC, AMEND NR E DTD 06/24/00, TYPE NUMBER P38999-029-01 and QAP 16236 SQAP011876156 REFNO, AMEND NR A DTD 04/30/07. The requested delivery for the production quantity is 150 days and with First Article Testing the delivery is 310 days ADO. The FOB is destination and the inspection/acceptance is at origin. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of July 9, 2010 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. The required quantity is 107 each and there will be various increments solicited. This will be an unrestricted procurement. The Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interests and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.”
