- The project involves replacement of an existing 71”x47” corrugated steel pipe-arch with a new precast concrete tri-deck bridge with precast concrete footings and wingwalls. Other work includes miscellaneous local road work. The project is located on the Livingston Ranger District, approximately 20 miles northeast of Wilsall, MT. From just north of Wilsall along US Hwy 89, turn right onto the Shields River Road and follow for approximately 16 miles to the Smith Creek Road #991. Turn left onto the Smith Creek Road and follow it for 4.3 miles to the Billy Goat Road #7718. Turn left onto the Billy Goat road and follow it for 0.3 miles to the project site. The project is located in the SW1/4 of Section 6, T.5 N., R.10 E.; Meagher County, Montana. Government Estimate - $25,000 - $100,000. Solicitation issuance date on or about 6/23/2010. Solicitation will be posted electronically.
