- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Bard Access Systems, Inc. Salt Lake City, UT. For the Site Rite Vision Ultrsound System. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 5.202(a)(13)(i). The anticipated award date is 24 Jun 10. This notice is neither a request for competition proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 24 Jun 10 at 12:00 PM Alaska Daylight Time.
