- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain Ground Maintenance Services for the (VA) Palo Alto Health Care System - Monterey Clinic Division, 3401 Engineering Lane, Seaside, CA 93955. The Period of Performance is to begin on/about Oct 1, 2010 through Sep 30, 2015 with four one-year option years. The Set-Aside is hereby changed from 100% Set-Aside Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses to Small Business (SB). The Solicitation (RFP) Notice issued on June 3, 2010 will be extended to July 7, 2010 by 4pm, Pacific Standard Time(PST). This is a firm fixed priced contract The NAICS is 561730 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx The solicitation number VA-261-10-RP-0213 was posted June 3, 2010 with a new due date of July 7, 2010 by 4pm, PDT.
