- Commercial Item Description for products Request for Quotation This solicitation is for the procurement of a PAPER PRODUCTS, identified as National Stock Numbers (NSN) 7350-00-458-0089, Paper Eating Bowl, 7350-00-903-8147, Squat-Style Cold Cup w/lid straw slot or open, and 7350-00-903-9201, Squat-Style Hot Food Cup w/lid paper or plastic coverall, under a Standing Quote Agreement. PLEASE READ THE ITEM PURCHASE DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY and provide product specification sheets with your offer. A copy of the Commercial Item Description A-A-2577A dated Jan. 31, 2003 is attached. Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation and award will be made based on the lowest evaluated price, technically acceptable offer. A sample may be requested to be delivered overnight. If the offeror is not the manufacturer, a commitment letter from the manufacturer is required for consideration of award. This award will serve as a Standing Quote Agreement for a 1-year period and will not exceed $100K.
