- Attachment 3 - SBA Definition, Teaming Arrangements Attachment 2 - Contractor Performance Evaluation Survey Form Attachment 1 - Source Selectrion Information, Offeror Work Experience RFP DTFH70-10-R-00006 This project consists of furnishing labor for provision of Administrative and Business Support Services for the Western Federal Land Highway Division, Vancouver, WA, 98661. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) Code for this solicitation is 561110, Administrative and Support Services, size standard is $7.0 million. This competitive solicitation is 100% set aside for 8(a) firms, all others will be deemed non-responsive. The Government intends to issue one (1) firm fixed price IDIQ contracts with a magnitude between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. This acquisition will be considered in accordance with FAR 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. Solicitation documents will be available electronically on or about July 22, 2010 at the following website: www. fbo.gov. Offerors will search for Solicitation DTFH70-10-R-00006 to access solicitation documents and any Amendments. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER TO RECIEVE NOTIFICATION OF ACTIONS INCLUDING POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS, as well as offeror's submitted questions and applicable response. OFFEROR'S ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE FEDBIZOPPS SITE FREQUENTLY AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AMENDMENTS. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to Marlene.Marcellay@dot.gov or faxed to 360-619-7855, ATTN: Marlene Marcellay. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A pre-proposal conference date and time will be scheduled in the solicitation, local time, Vancouver, WA. All contractors are reminded they must be registered in the CCR database in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration(CCR). If the offeror is not successfully registered in the CCR at the time of award, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offerors.
