- Description
- Project consists of construction services to renovate clinical laboratory approximately 30,00 square feet. The work will include but not limited to: 1) Removal of existing supplies and equipment and disposal, temporary staging and or storage during construction; 2) all necessary demolition; 3) any structural and plumbing work; 4) all related construction documentation; 5)cleanup and activation of area. The work will also involve construction activities related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, power, comunications, sewer, water and other finish work.
