- 285 EACH STEEL, ALLOY, 718 MATERIAL, 3 3/4 INCH +/- 1/8 INCH OD X 16 INCH +/- 1/8 INCH LENGTH, FOR 60MM PREFROM. MATERIAL SHALL BE PRODUCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AMS 5662 *A full list of required features, including Melt Method, Ultrasonic Testing and Chemistry, will be available at the time of the solicitation posting. Destination Information: FOB Destination Pricing Delivery: 30 days after delivery of order or better Estimated Issue Date of Solicitation: July 1, 2010 One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current.
