FA3047-10-R-0012 Attendance Record (15 Jun 10) Date: 15 Jun 2010 SUBJECT: Pre-proposal Site Visit / Meeting Minutes: FA3047-10-R-0012, Roofing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Lackland AFB, TX. Project Number: MPLS 09-1011D 1. The pre-proposal meeting and site visit was conducted today at 1:00 p.m. in 802D Contracting Office Legacy Room. Attendees listed in FA3047-10-R-0012 Attendance Record (15 Jun 10) attached were present in today meeting. 2. The following topics was explained by the Contracting Officer (CO) Jackie L. Murray during the meeting: a. SBA geographical restriction limiting to those 8(a) construction firms located within the geographical area service by San Antonio District Office. b. RFP Sections A – M; emphasis on liquidated damages, magnitude, bid bonds, Davis Bacon, 8(a) Excessive Pass Through. c. Attachments 1 – 4; emphasis on the Bid Schedule Attachment 1 and Period of Performance Questions Attachment 4. 3. Site visit to look at buildings roofs was not conducted. Technical team explained few contractor questions like the type of roofing and materials used in Lackland AFB. 4. No formal technical question was raised at the meeting/site visit.
