- This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3158016A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-41, effective 13 April 2010, DCN 20100507, and AFAC 2010-0402. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336612. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The business size standard is 500. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 1940. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3732. Requirement Description: Pontoon Dive Boat CLIN 0001: Pontoon Dive Boat 25' x 10' wide (17-20 person rated) with aluminum hard top, deck with vinyl flooring, side rails, and bench seating around the sides. The following items are to be included; (1) dive tank rack (must be able to hold 6 tanks), (4) 110 VAC electrical outlets, (1) 500 pound winch, (1) Marine GPS with fishfinder and chart plotting, (2) diving ladders, (1) overhead spotlight with 360 degree swivel and (1) life ring. Must include all required props, rigging and multiple tie-down tubes. (1 each) CLIN 0002: Engines, each with a minimum of 150 horsepower (2 each) CLIN 0003: Boat trailer with aluminum I-Beam and spare tire (1 each) Must submit a picture, blue print, or diagram of boat with quote. Must include standard manufacturer warranty on boat and engines. This requirement must be invoiced and delivered by 31 July 2010. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: FAR 52.212-2 (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (Technical capability is either meeting or exceeding the requirements listed in CLIN 0001, 0002 and 0003. Additional evaluative criteria will be the vendors ability to meet the delivery and invoice date required.), (ii) price Transportation to Travis AFB, CA 94535, is to be included in the quote. This award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
