Description
Market Research Questionnaire Form - Mobile Diagnostic Testing Services THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Mobile Diagnostic Testing Services to be performed for the inmate population on-site at the Federal Correctional Institution located in Miami, FL. The requirement will be for complete mobile Computerized Tomography Scans (CT), Nerve conduction Velocity (NCV), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Mammograms, Ultrasounds and Sleep Disorder testing performed on-site. Readings will be provided to the Clinical Director at FCI Miami within 48 hours of conducting the services. The base year performance will be from the effective Date of Award through 12 months, will the government's unilateral right to exercise up to four, one year option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621512 (Size Standard: $13.5 million). The requirement will be for one visit per month which will be approximately seven (7) hours in duration during which time diagnostic testing varying in quantity and type will be performed based upon the medical needs of the institution inmate population at the time. Services will normally be scheduled Monday through Friday during business hours. Proof of qualification will be required when responding to a solicitation. Market research is being conducted at this time for the purpose of determining interest and capability of potential sources currently available for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Survey Questionnaire will be available on or about June 16, 2010 and will be distributed solely through General Service Administration=s Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market survey is July 14, 2010. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written requests for the market survey will be accepted.
