- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS (SABER) CONTRACT NUMBER FA9301-04-D-0025. Contractor: Ace Engineering, Inc. 1800 Wright Avenue, La Verne, CA 91750-5824. It is the Contracting Squadron's intent to award firm-fixed price task orders to the above contractor. Davis-Bacon wages presently in effect for California. CA070013 (Modification 13) dated 11/23/2007 and CA070031 (Modification 17) dated 11/23/2007 will prevail. These acquisitions are subject to the North American Industry Classification Code 236220 and the annual size standard is $28.5 million. FSPM081429H - Repair Lighting Building B3000 THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The work to be accomplished at Edwards AFB for upgrade existing interior lighting system to a fully functional energy efficient lighting system in Building B3000. The design build work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to replacing all lamps in existing interior fluorescent light fixtures, in the building and to provide and install new controls in office areas and mechanical rooms to shut off the lights during un-occupied periods. The work will include demolition and disposal of light fixtures, lamps, and all accessories. MOD P04 - The purpose of this modification is to extend the completion date from 30 Apr 10 to 28 May 10. The total funded amount of this task order remains unchanged. FSPM081429I - Repair Lighting Building B3950 THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The work to be accomplished at Edwards AFB for upgrade existing fully functional interior lighting system to a fully functional energy efficient lighting system in Building B3950. The design build work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to replace existing interior light fixtures, ballasts, lamps and controls inside the building with new energy efficient fluorescent light fixtures, ballasts, lamps and controls. The work will include demolition and disposal of light fixtures, lamps, ballasts, and other accessories.
