- The West Palm Beach Medical Center located at 7305 N Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL 33410, intends to issue a 100% Small Business Set Aside Request For Proposal (RFP) VA-248-10-RP-0481, seeking to award a firm fixed price indefinite quantity (IDQ) contract to a contractor who can provide teleradiology services in accordance with the statement of work and solicitation. The period of performance will be for one (1) year base with (4) option years. The requirement is to provide hardware, software, connections, labor, including specific teleradiology Vizteck workstation and supervision to provide teleradiology services for WPB VA Medical Center, VA Eye Clinic and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC's) in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and statement of work. The contractor must provide licensed and VHA credentialed & privileged physicians with a copy of completed certification of background investigation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances, and with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules and specifications provided in the solicitation. Solicitation No VA-248-10-RP-0481 will be electronically issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 on or about June 21, 2010 with an estimated offer due date of July 12, 2010. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621512 and Small Business Size Standard is $13.5M. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will not provide a hard copy. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will also be available at the URL address.
