- This requirement is open for Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders. The U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has an REQUEST FOR QUOTE No. W912C3-10-Q-N055 for Lodging and Related Services for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Event Number 3 & 4. The date of the event is 24 June through 26 June 2010. LODGING EVENT LOCATION IS PUERTO RICO. Contractor is to provide lodging rooms as follow; 15 rooms on 24 June 2010, 185 rooms on 25 June 2010, and 10 rooms on 26 June 2010. Banquet/Conference as follow: One (1) Banquet Room to accommodate 460 people, One (1) Conference Room to accommodate approximate 350 people, Three (3) conference room to accommodate approximate 46 people each, One (1) conference room to accommodate approximate 10 people and One (1) administrative rooms to accommodate approx 20 people. Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Break Refreshments) for 460 people. The due date to submit your quote is June 17, 2010; 2:00 PM. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 721110. The size standard is $7 million. Upon request, hard copies of the Event Schedule will be issued by e-mail. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for any information/amendments.
