- Request for Quote Maintenance Contract for Uninterrupted Power Supply-Brecksville Statement of Work The Louis Stokes VA Medical Center is seeking quotes for performing maintenance on the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units located at the Brecksville VAMC, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141. The Contractor will supply all parts and labor to service three (3) MGE UPS units: Galaxy Unit s/n A05-12673, Comet units s/n B05-12785, and s/n B05-12784 The Contractor shall perform semi-annual visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections. The Contractor shall conduct one annual preventive maintenance service call and two semi-annual service calls for battery preventive maintenance. All inspections shall be performed during regular working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. The Contractor shall provide 4-hour emergency service response time 24/7. The Contractor must have unrestricted access to all programs and software of the existing equipment for service, especially in instances of emergencies in order that all repairs may be performed in a timely and cost effective manner. This request is for a base year with two option years service maintenance contract. All responses will be evaluated on the following factors in descending order of importance: technical capabilities, past performance, and cost.
