- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source Time and Material (T&M) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors (LMMS2), Owego, New York. The anticipated order will be to authorize LMMS2 to perform or provide all the necessary efforts required to evaluate and repair MH-60R mission avionics components. LMMS2 is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60R aircraft. Contractor Name and Address: Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, New York, 13827-3998!! Numbered Note 22 applies.
