- U.S. General Service Administration is interested in office space in Huntsville, AL The General Service Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease Class A office space in Huntsville, AL. The space offered must consist of approximately 517 Rentable Square Footage. Location The U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for office space identified to meet the agency's mission requirements located at 4890 University Square, Huntsville, AL. Government will consider alternate locations only if the Government finds it advantageous to do so, in consideration of any economic factors, relocation, tenant improvement, and mission-based factors. The offered buildings must be of Class A quality and of sound and substantial construction. The buildings must be located within the following delineated area of consideration. North: Oakwood Road East: Sparkman Drive / Jordan Lane South: Bradford Drive West: Research Park Blvd / SR 255 Square Footage Requirements The proposed office buildings for lease must be able to accommodate a minimum 450 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet and related space. The buildings for lease must be able to accommodate 1 surface parking space. Required All services, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as apart of the rental consideration. Term The term of the lease will be ten (10) years, five (5) year firm. The Space is required on or about June 1, 2011.
