- The United States Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) have a requirement for a Full Coverage Maintenance Contract for HVAC and Control Systems at the NOAA National Weather Service Forecast Office located at 43858 Weather Service Road, Sterling, VA 20166-9603. Services will support both Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial item acquisition, on or about June 1, 2010, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5.
