- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. INCLUDE THIS STATEMENT IF APPLICABLE: This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 326199 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of 220 each Weapons Cases, Olive Drab. Insert must have cutouts for M-4 with M-68 and M-203 attached, M-9, eight M-4 magazines, two M-9 magazines, PVS-14 and ACOG. Cases must be received by 1 Aug 2010. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is NLT 1 Aug 2010. Quotations should be emailed to Becky Cochran (becky.cochran@robins.af.mil) no later than 17 Jun 2010, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 23 Jun 2010. Please do not request award status prior to this date. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation (current through FAC 2005-41 dated 13 May 2010 and DFARS Change Notice 20100608): FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Rev'd Aug 09) (Added: (n) Prohibition on Contracting with Inverted Domestic Corporations.) DFARS 252.232.7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (WAWF is the method used by DoD for processing invoices/receiving reports.) In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be delivery (1 Aug 2010) and then price.
