- Description
- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to Applied Maths on a Limited Source basis, for BioNumerics Module v6.1. This is used to generate the most detailed and epidemiological relevant data on the organisms submitted to the MRSN by the MTFs. Competing this requirement and awarding to any other source would result in substantial delays and disruption of the laboratory process already in progress and would increase the overall cost to the Government. There is no solicitation number, for reference use PR W74MYF0085N360. This procurement shall be under Limited Source competition procedures in accordance with 8.405-6(a) and (b) or 16.505 (b)(2)(i)-(iv).Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for a competitive quote. Any response to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Government and show clear and convincing evidence that another source is capable of meeting the Governments requirements and that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no written responses are received at least five (5) days after the publication of this response, the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
