- The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to an issue invitation for bid (IFB), W912P5-10-B-0008, for construction of a new bridge and removal of the existing bridge. The location of the project is Bridge Street Bridge, Cumberland, Kentucky. IFB W912P5-10-B-0008 is 100% set-aside for competitive HUBZone small business concerns. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237310 with a small business size standard of $33.5M. From this IFB, the Government intends to award one firm-fixed price, construction type contract. The Government intends to award without discussions. The anticipated magnitude of this project is $1-$5 million. Bidders must have sufficient bonding capacity. The estimated release date for IFB W912P5-10-B-0008 is on or about 17 May 2010. Specific information pertaining to this procurement will be available in the solicitation.
