- PR 0025442138 NSN: 5950-01-073-3077. Item Description: Power Transformer. Purchased in accordance with HR Textron Inc (OHNS1) P/N 12283304 or ADS Transicoil (82686), P/N:220K188. This solicitation is issued under 10 USC 2304 (1) ( c),Other then Full and Open Competition citing FAR 6.203-1 as the government does not possess complete unrestricted data for competitive distribution. Inspection/Acceptance at destination. FOB destination. Deliver 228 each to New Cumberland, PA and 21 each to Tracy, Ca in 180 days. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of April 9, 2010 Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. This solicitation includes a 100% quantity option. The requirement is not set aside for any small business program.
