- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Utah intends to award a contract to the Residence Inn, Marriott for an extended training course. The Residence Inn, Marriott has agreed to honor per diem rates for lodging. This requirement will be to accommodate twenty students for an extended stay of 35-days in rooms with kitchens included for 10 July - 15 August 2010. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Further information can be provided if required. Responses to this intent should be only from hotels able to accommodate this number of individuals and be located in the downtown Denver City Center location. Responses to this notice of intent to award must be submitted in writing to diane.n.johnson@us.army.mil no later than 1:00 p.m. Mountain States Time on 17 June 2010. All responses from qualified sources will be fully considered and responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No extensions will be granted.
