- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point, I of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure one (1) each ruggedized computer to the following minimal specifications: 1) Triple 20 inch LCD Displays 2) Dual Core, 3GHZ Processer or better 3) 24 Gigabyte ofmemory 4) VO Interface (Dual Gigabit Ethernet, Four (4) USB Ports, RS232, PS2 connectivity)~//.n~f}(,qrJA~rJl pOII5) Minimum of Two (2) PCI card slots6) Minimum ofFour (4) each Two (2) Tarabyte SATA Hardrives7) nVidia FX3500 + FX3500 Graphics Adaptor equal or better (Note in the event of asubstitution, vendor documentation demonstrating equal or better specifications shall beavailable upon request)8) DVD/CD Writer9) Windows XP operating system10) Shock and Vibration Isolation Protection11) Pelican Rolling Transit Case or equal (Water Tight) (Note in the event of asubstitution, vendor documentation demonstrating equal or better specifications shall beavailable upon request)Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. This procurement shall be awarded all or none to a small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The order shall be a firm fixed priced order.
