- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office seeks proposals from small businesses for a firm, fixed-price, service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) to provide monthly inspection of Government-owned fire extinguishers located at the following facilities of VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System: (1) VA West Los Angeles Healthcare Center, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073; (2) VA Sepulveda Ambulatory & Nursing Home Center, 16111 Plummer Street, North Hills, CA 91343; and, (3) VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center, 351 E. Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Contract is for a one (1) year base period with four (4) additional one-year option periods. The solicitation is to be available on or about 07/01/10 with proposals due on or about 07/22/10. All requests for the solicitation must be sent, in writing, to the Contracting Officer via e-mail at Jan.Smith1@va.gov or faxed to (562) 961-1396.
