- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiation with Flightline Systems Victor, NY for the procurement of the Software Defined Sonobuoy Receiver (SDSR) I-Level Support Set. The SDSR Support Set contains the test interface cables, interface and the associated test software that are used in conjunction with a computer which functions to fault isolate the SDSR WRA to the SRA-level at the Intermediate level maintenance activities. This troubleshooting concept was developed by the OEM (Flightline Systems) of the SDSR and test procedures of using the SDSR Support Set have been validated.Flightline Systems is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the SDSR Support Set and holds the proprietary rights to the technical data required to fulfill this requirement. The Government does not have the detailed data available for this effort. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
