- 25 each - Cap Stock, Material shall be produced in accordance with AMS 5662 and shall also meet the following requirements: Melt Method - Material shall be triple melted in the following sequence, VIM PLUS ESR PLUS VAR, Ultrasonic Testing - Billet or Bar shall be ultrasonically inspected per ASTM-STD-2154, immersion method and shall meet standard class AA, Chemistry - C/.012-.036, Mn/.35MAX, Fe/16.0-19.0, S/.0013MAX, Si/.35MAX, Cu/.30MAX, Ni/52.00-55.0, Cr/17.0-19.0, Al/0.35-0.65, Ti/.75-1.15, Co/1.0MAX, Mo/2.80-3.15, Nb/5.20-5.55, Ta/.10MAX, P/.015MAX, B/.006MAX, O/.0025MAX, N/.01MAX. Size: 3 3/4 in + 1/8 in OD x 8' - 1 in long. Delivery to be made FOB Destination, Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contracting Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current.
