- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i)FA3047BPAavequipment is being issued as a request for quotation(RFQ) for Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements. (ii) The solicitation documeent and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. (iii) The associated NAICS code is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. (iv) A Blanket Purchase Agreement is required for audio and visual equipment. This includes smartboards, interactive displays, TVs, LCD, and Plasma Displays, projectors, screens, recessed ceiling screens, ceiling speakers, microphones, wireless microphones, mounting hardware, VTCs, video teleconferencing equipment and accessories, VCR and DVD players, interactive software, classroom management software, audio equipment, audio mixers, audio switchers, video mixers and switchers, matrix switchers, control systems, touchpanels, stands, carts lecterns, podiums, custom podiums and lecterns, digital signage hardware and software. (v) The tentative period of performance for this BPA is 18 June 2010 - 18 June 2011. Delivery dates for individual purchases will be determined at the time the call is placed. FOB destination. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES Provisions/Clauses: To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, Offerors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions.
