- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SPM4A510R0874, NSN 6150-01-233-0914, PR 0026905885, CABLE ASSEMBLY,SPECIAL PURPOSE,ELECTRICAL. This is a configuration control item source controlled to: UNISON INDUSTRIES, LLC 59501 P/N 45284 UNITED TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION 77445 P/N 4066946 ABVS and Export Control applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is an Air Force CSI Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 56 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 170 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be June 14th, 2010 with a closing date of June 28, 2010. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
