- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the US Army Contracting Command; Rock Island Contracting Center (RICC) Solicitation W52P1J-10-R-0183 which serves as notification to Industry of the procurement for Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Support Services to US Forces in Afghanistan (USFOR-A). The anticipated date for release of this Request for Proposal is on/or about 29 June 2010. Solicitation W52P1J-10-R-0183 will be issued on a full and open/unrestricted basis. This acquisition will provide Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Support Services in the Afghanistan Area of Responsibility (AOR) through the provision of the following support personnel: CI Support Specialists, HUMINT Collection Specialists, CI HUMINT Special Advisors, and a Database Manager. Performance will occur in the Afghanistan Theater of Operation (ATO). This requirement will be satisfied through the use of single award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) DoD Contract with a base period of one year plus two (2) one-year evaluated option periods.
