- Justification for full and open competition. Brand Name Justification document Please return your completed RFQ package via e-mail, fax, or mail to the Contract Specialist, and be sure it is received no later than 2:00 pm CST, Friday, June 18, 2010. GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 8030-01-551-9719. The SPQ period will be 6/21/2010 (or date of award) to 6/20/2011 (or one year from the start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery.
