- The VISN9 Acquisition Service Center is seeking information on qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) contractors to perform design and construction services for 'Parking Garage Expansion' Project No. 626-307 at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Nashville, TN. Construction and design work includes structural modification/additions, fire and safety, fire alarm, sprinkler/standpipe, demolition, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, elevator upgrade, gutters, lightning protection, and electrical power and systems. The design and construction cost range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million. Interested offerors should submit information on recent company experience in design build renovations of this magnitude and complexity, evidence of bonding capacity, key personnel experience in design build renovation of this magnitude and complexity, and past performance information. This is not a pre-solicitation notice for a request for proposal. The government will evaluate information submitted by interested firms to determine if SDVOSB or VOSB set-aside is appropriate for this procurement.
