- Purchase Request number IQC10120009050, NSN 4030-01-197-2334, SHACKLE. The item is to be utilized on the HEAVY EXPANDED MOBILITY TACTICAL (HEMTT) TRUCK. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0890; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 453 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 453 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 1812 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 1812 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 3624 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/W approved sources. OSHKOSH CORPORATION, CAGE 45152, P/N 1451750 & COLUMBUS MCKINNON CORPORATION, CAGE 90202, P/N MT366. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance @ Destination. Delivery 72 days ARO. This procurement does not require a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is June 30, 2010 & closing date of July 30, 2010. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
