- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, SanDiego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed pricecontract to Red Rider Informatics.
