- Amendment 004 Amendment 004 incorporates the following revisions into "Paragraph III. RFI Submission Instructions": "Please submit responses electronically to Susan.Eicher@dhs.gov and Kelli.L.Thomson@dhs.gov. All submissions are due electronically no later than 5:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on June 25, 2010. The response must be sent with RFI HSHQDC-10-R-00059 clearly displayed on the subject line. DHS reserves the right to review late submissions but makes no guarantee to the order of or possibility for review of late submissions. Responders will be permitted to ask two (2) rounds of questions on this RFI. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00P.M. EDT on June 17, 2010 to Susan.Eicher@dhs.gov and Kelli.L.Thomson@dhs.gov. DHS S&T will endeavor to provide replies to these questions as soon as feasible."
