- FA5587-10-T-0030-0001 Amended Solicitation This is a solicitation for quote for Drug Testing Program Administration Manager (DTPAM) services. DTPAM services include administering and coordinating the Drug Testing Program for military and civilian personnel assigned to all 48 Fighter Wing. Performance shall be according to Air Force Instruction (AFI) 44-120, Drug Abuse Testing Program and the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) contained in the solicitation document attached. You may submit your quote by annotating your unit price and extended price in the solicitation document and returning it to me either by email at don.ballesteros@lakenheath.af.mil or by fax at 01638 52 2268 (UK) accompanied with your relevant CV or resume. Quotes are due no later than 4:30pm GMT Monday, 21 June 2010.
