- The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing a minimum of 7,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) of contiguous space on a single floor together with fifteen (15) parking spaces including five (5) reserved secured parking spaces. Occupancy is required as soon as possible, but no later than 12/01/11. TENANT: United States Marshals LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the City Limits of Yuma, Arizona LEASE TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government's requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ABAAS standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Building must be able to provide five (5) reserved secured parking stalls on-site for the Government's exclusive use.
