- VA-249-10-RP-0030. The VA Medical Center located at Sidney and Lamont St, Mt. Home, TN, is seeking Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to provide Design Build Services to Install Occupancy Sensors for Lighting Control, Project No. 621-10-128. All offers shall include both design and construction services. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 238210 with a small business size standard of $14 million. The magnitude for this project is between $100,000 - $250,000. Solicitation VA249-10-RP-0030 documents will be posted at www.fbo.gov on or about June 25, 2010. SDVOSB concerns must download ALL solicitation documents from the FedBizOps website. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE. PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES IN ACCORDANCE WITH PUBLIC LAW 109-461. Proposals will be evaluated and the award made utilizing the Best Value method pursuant to FAR Part 15. The contract award will be subject to availability of funds. Offerors are advised award may be made without discussions. The SDVOB must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.vip.vetbiz.gov, www.ccr.gov, https://orca.bpn.gov, and https://vets100.vets.dol.gov to be eligible for award. ORCA must reflect a small business size certification for the NAICS code noted herein. Offerors must ensure their registrations are updated, correct, and have not expired. A one-time organized site visit will be scheduled at a later date and posted to FedbizOps. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Rachel.Reed2@va.gov.
