Description

Map of Beckley, WV The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 10,478 rentable square feet in Beckley, WV. The space should yield 9,111 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed space must be located within the City Limits of Beckley, West Virginia as designated on the attached map. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five years (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 15th, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
