Description: ALL question(s) shall be forwarded via email to the Contracting Officer listed within this RFP (Request for Proposal )seven (7) calendar days before the closing date of this RFP. RFP Section L.4(d)(1) requires that we complete and submit Contractor Experience Data Sheets. We cannot find the referenced forms in the RFP or attachments. Are the Data Sheets available for downloadE ANSWER: No. 1. Posted to the FTP site, called Experience and Past Performance Data Sheet QUESTION : 2. Attachment 0003 - Labor Categories Duties and Minimum Qualifications - references 43 CFR 8(a)(1) for qualifications requirements for several of the identified labor categories. In 43 CFR 7.8(a)(1)(i) it states that the person should have "A graduate degree in anthropology or archaeology, or equivalent training and experience;" Would NPS consider 15 or more years of professional archaeological experience to be equivalent to possession of a graduate degree, in terms of meeting the qualifications established in the RFP? If not, would 30+ years be considered equivalent? ANSWER: No. 2. Twenty (20) years amounts to equivalent training and experience for a graduate degree in anthropology or archeology. Statement "or equivalent training and experience" would apply. QUESTION : 3. Specified in RFP Section M.1C(a)3 for all of its team subcontractors (i.e., the narrative proposed rationale for the price breakdown), or is it satisfactory to provide the requested information for only the prime contractor. ANSWER 3. Government deals with Prime Contractor on all issues; not necessary to provide the subcontractors pricing information. QUESTION: 4.
