- Description
- Statment Of Work The 42nd Contracting Sqaudron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort 9300 Emerald Coast Parkway West Destin,Fl 32550-7268. The contractor is to provide meeting space, food, and beverages for the Yellow Ribbon Event scheduled for July 23-25, 2010 in Destin, Fl. in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 6/25/2010 at 1:00pm Central Standard Time (CST). If no response are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort subject to the availabilty of funds.
