- PR 0026778269, NSN 1615-01-113-0287, Adapter, Splined, Boeing Helicopter Co, CAGE 77272, DWG 145D3408 REV “C”, P/N 145D3408-2. Approved source of supply is Northstar Aerospace (Chicago) Inc. (CAGE 22907), P/N 145D3408-2 and The Boeing Company (CAGE 77272), P/N 145D3408-2. Export Control applies. Qty is 84 each to stock and will include a 100% option for increased quantity. Solicited Unrestricted, other than full and open competition IAW the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), 300 days ARO, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. This is critical application and CSI. Configuration control applies. Contractor First Article Testing required. Item identified as a surge item by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies and will be included in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website at www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be made available to requestors. Anticipated solicitation issue date is June 28, 2010.
