- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED CONTRACT NUMBER GS-08P-09-JA-C-0089. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Buildings Service, Denver Federal Center Service Center has issued a Modification PS10 for the inclusion Branch Circuit Monitoring into the design/build contract for the construction of the Department of State Facility at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. This modification is valued at $55,200. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act.
