- Complete Drawings Package Solicitation Package Description of the Work: The project consists of the removal of an existing culvert and the installation of a new 10 foot, 0 inch span by 5 foot, 3 inch rise steel structural-plate arch culvert. The culvert is located on Forest Service Road No. 9315, milepost 0.05, at the Little Boulder Creek Tributary stream crossing. Improvements consist of, but are not limited to, structural excavation, excavation and reshaping of the channel, placement of riprap, installation of precast concrete footings with stem walls, installation of culvert structure, roadway embankment construction, and road surfacing. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. No pre-bid tour is planned. Project Location: The project is located in the Salmon River Ranger District of the Nez Perce National Forest, approximately sixteen miles northeast of Riggins, ID in Idaho County (Section 25, Township 26 North, Range 3 East). Solicitation was issued on 6/11/2010. Acquisition was set-aside for certified HUBzone small business concerns. Offerors must be certified as such with the US Small Business Administration.
