- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Stage Front Lighting and Theatrical Supply Company, Inc., 6 Southern Oaks Drive, Savannah, GA 31405-7418 for the Upgrade of the Existing Audiovisual System in the Executive Conference Room located in the Savannah District Office, 100 West Oglethorpe Avenue, Savannah, Georgia 31401. This sole source procurement will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(3) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Stage Front designed, installed, and serviced the original equipment that was purchased and installed 14 years ago. The contractor will provide all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment to design and install the upgrade of the audiovisual system. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a written capability statement to the Contracting Officer for consideration. Submitted information will be evaluated solely on the basis of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination not to complete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All information should be provided in writing to Laney Parker at elaine.d.parker@usace.army.mil. Any response to this notice must be received no later than 2:00 pm., 21 June 2010.
