- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. The contractor shall prepare a technical report of cultural resource documentation/inventories and evaluations of the 122 abandoned mines targeted for BLM ARRA mine closure. The purpose of this project is to conduct cultural resource inventories and NRHP evaluations of the 122 abandoned mines targeted for BLM ARRA mine closure and to adequately evaluate and document each site in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
